Akua

Akua, pronounced [ah-quee-yah], is a Ghanaian-American DJ with a strong connection to North American techno. Based in Berlin, Germany, Akua's sound encompasses techno and acid. Recent releases on Resident Advisor, Fact Mix, and Dekmantel showcase Akua's electronic style.

Akua played in Opan at RSO XTRUDE x LASTER on 30 August 2026, in Robus at RSO Hiss & Hertz on 27 June 2026 and in Schallschleuse at Zurück zu den Wurzeln festival 2026.
