Ben Klock

Ben Klock, born in 1972, is a renowned figure in the techno scene. His career took off in the mid-nineties at Cookies in Berlin and reached new heights with his residency at Berghain from 2005 onwards. Klock's style of DJing is characterized as hard yet always heartfelt, a testament to the freedom and extended playtime he found there. In addition to his work as a DJ, Klock runs the label Klockworks, which has released music from artists such as DVS1, Stef Mendesidis, The Advent, and many more. His releases on Ostgut Ton have become landmarks in the imprint's history, with tracks like "Dawning" and "Subzero" standing out among techno lovers. Recent releases include "Layer One Remixes," "Layer One," "Gateway," and "Klockworks 34." His music is often categorized under genres such as Techno, Bass Music, Dub, Experimental, Grime, and Ambient House.
