Bläck Dävil

BLÄCK DÄVIL is a unique and unconventional artist from Berlin, known for creating music from unlikely sources. Since discovering his love for rumbling basslines and fast beats at the Loveparade in 1998, he has been scouring Berlin's record stores for samples to dismantle and reassemble into a diverse, eclectic mix of genres: Schlager, Hip Hop, Gabber, Hard Tek, Metal, Punk, Rap. The result is a danceable amalgamation that is colorful, eccentric, unexpected, bold, and reminiscent of a single grand party. BLÄCK DÄVIL has also been part of the Ick mach Welle! project since 2018, showcasing his distinctive energy on stage behind a drum machine, synthesizer, or microphone. Live performances by BLÄCK DÄVIL are known for their unique charm that incites laughter and dancing. Recent releases include the Schnäll Schnäll EP in 2023, showcasing his versatility within the Electronic genre with styles ranging from Techno to Acid and Gabber. Collaborations with MFX in 2020 and DJ Normal 4 in 2021 have further solidified BLÄCK DÄVIL's position as a dynamic force in the electronic music scene.
