Gadutra

Gadutra, a DJ, producer, and curator hailing from Rio de Janeiro, is known for their work with Troublemaker Records in Portugal and the establishment of Safada - a club night showcasing global south sounds and artists in Berlin. Their sets, characterized by a fusion of electronic, ambient, and baile funk genres, have been performed across Europe and Brazil. Gadutra's practice explores post-binarity as an aesthetic and sensorial proposal, focusing on genderfluid bass frequencies and deconstructing baile funk.
