Claptrap, known as Gaurav Narula, is a Berlin-based artist with a diverse musical style that spans deep techno, bass heavy electronica, tribal, acid, disco, and feel-good genres. His unique DJ sets showcase this eclectic range, often incorporating influences from various world music styles. Claptrap runs THE LEFTOVERS, a monthly residency/party in Berlin's underground club scene, featuring a genre-unconfined playlist that includes downtempo, chill-house, ketapop, bollywood, tollywood, mollywood, acid-house, afro-house, cumbia, house, tech-house, progressive techno, and more. His Soundcloud releases include "Disco 82" (2026), a fusion of house, bollywood, disco, and notable Indian artists such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kishore Kumar, and Lata Mangeshkar. Other releases include "Boom Boom", "Apricity", and "Chrysalism".
