Hypnotic Sound Journey, a collaborative effort between Sophie-Charlotte Adler and Georg Stuby, blends improvised ambient music with guided hypnosis. Their immersive sessions aim to guide participants towards self-discovery and trust enhancement within themselves and life. The experience encourages deep relaxation of the nervous system, allowing individuals to connect with their inner selves without relying on external substances.
