Jamila & The Other Heroes

Jamila & The Other Heroes, a Berlin-based band, fuses psychedelic desert rock with a potent message of liberation from the Palestinian diaspora. Founded by Jamila Al-Yousef, the project is deeply ingrained in diasporic memory and revolutionary spirit. Singing in Arabic and English, Jamila weaves personal and political narratives into songs that oscillate between tenderness and empowerment.
