Madota

Madota, a musical collaboration between Behnam and Mehran, blends their Iranian roots with Canadian upbringing, forged in Berlin. Their love for electronic music began as DJs in Vancouver since 2011, leading to the creation of a unique sound characterized by soulful elements intertwined with darker grooves. Their music has been showcased at prestigious events such as Garbicz Festival in Poland, Acidcase x Mayan Warrior in Berlin, Stereobar in Montreal, Katerblau in Berlin, OFF Sonar in Barcelona, ZERO in NYC, and Woomoon in Ibiza.

Madota played in Sonnendeck at Fusion festival 2025 and in Strand at Sisyphos Entasy on 18 May 2025.
