Maschin Kaput
Maschin Kaput, a collective hailing from Hamburg, Germany, is renowned for their experimental improvisational music. The group, active since 2018, consists of Yves Cruchot on drums, Wot Wot and Pedro Torres on synth, David Huss on bass, and Magnolia on vocals. Their soundscape weaves between the industrial clatter of abandoned steelworks and the ethereal echoes of urban landscapes. Their releases on SoundCloud, such as "flow-control" (2023), "japanese reis lager" (2023), and "silent" (2023), showcase their unique blend of experimental music and improvisation, often infused with elements of noise. These tracks were recorded live on the MS Stubnitz in Hamburg.
Maschin Kaput played in Tube Tresen at Fusion festival 2025.
