Mehmet Aslan, a producer with Turkish roots, blends folkloric undertones with contemporary 4/4 rhythms. Based in Berlin, he started at Hinterhof in Basel and has gained recognition from notable figures like Tim Sweeney and Acid Arab. His releases span various genres including electronic, ambient, psychedelic, IDM, new wave, post-punk, synth-pop, tribal, disco, house, and deep house. His sets often incorporate world music elements, Cumbia, new beat, and spoken word, showcasing a unique fusion of styles.
