Os Barbapapas

Os Barbapapas, hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, seamlessly blend elements of Brazilian and South American music with influences from around the world. Their collective members have diverse experiences, including stints in circuses and travels to Morocco to study Gnawa music. Their 2023 release, "Enigma," showcases nine tracks that encapsulate their unique sound. Preceding this, they released "DooWooDooWoo" in 2021. The band's music is characterized by its breezy instrumentals and a Caribbean touch, evoking feelings of love and nostalgia without the need for words. Their live performances feature intricate arrangements that highlight each artist's skillful execution.
