Qoa

Qoa is an intermedia artist specializing in immersive sound experiences and multi-channel installations. Their work, rooted in exploration of sound and light as spatial, material forces, invites deep sensory engagement. Qoa's practice centers on the relationship between bodies, territories, and non-human life, often incorporating field recordings from Argentina's Yungas and wetlands into their compositions. Their projects encourage expanded listening, fostering a sense of presence and environmental attunement. In 2025, Qoa released the album ◎濤音幽洞 in collaboration with Yuko. Previous releases include SAUCO (2024, vinyl) and Kalikoshi (2021).

Qoa played in Dubstation at Fusion festival 2025.
