Active since 2000, the project has released several records on Edwards' own label, Rekids. Much of the project’s output was produced in Berlin, Germany, before a move to Hvar, Croatia, in 2022.

Radio Slave played in Turmbühne at Fusion festival 2026, at Heideglühen #19 and in Märchenwald at Zurück zu den Wurzeln festival 2026.
