Reign of Time

Reign of Time, known as Alt-Grounds, is a music duo formed by Stavros Tsiapos and Dimitris Petrichos in Athens in 2015. Their unique style, often referred to as "Reign of Time style", features ecstatic synth notes, strong bass lines, and groovy drums. The duo frequently performs their musical fairytales in Berlin, a city they spend half their time. Notable venues include Sisyphos, Rummels Bucht, Anomalie, Ritter Butzke, Kullstatte Keller, Birgit und Bier, and others. Reign of Time's global travels have seen them perform in various locations, from industrial warehouses in Mongolia to UNESCO protected bathhouses in Moscow, as well as posh Dutch clubs. In 2021, they collaborated with renowned Greek director George Koutlis on a theatre show at the Athens Conservatory that combined theatre play and electronic music. In 2022, Reign of Time founded Arcana, a multi-faceted community that also functions as a music label and booking agency. They release their tracks there, along with those of other talented artists, and organize some of the most popular parties in Athens, such as Neoclassical Grounds and Arcana Showcase. They are members of Blend Athens, the largest and oldest party organizers in Greece and Cyprus.

Reign of Time played in Dampfer at Sisyphos Bimmelfahrt on 14 May 2026, in Wintergarten at Sisyphos Kollektiver Kopfsalat on 18 October 2025 and in Tunnel at Sisyphos Bimmelfahrt on 31 May 2025.
