Robert Owens

Robert Owens, a prominent figure in the house music scene, is a vocalist, DJ, producer, and label owner. Born in 1961, he collaborated extensively with Larry Heard in the mid-80s and formed Fingers Inc. with Ron Wilson. One of his most recognized works includes Tears, a collaboration with Frankie Knuckles and Satoshi Tomiie. His debut solo album, Rhythms In Me, was released in 1990. Currently, he runs Musical Directions. His recent releases span various electronic genres such as deep house, techno, tech house, and tribal house, showcasing his versatility within the house music genre.
