German DJ and producer Roman Flügel, active since the early 1990s, is known for his versatile musical style encompassing ambient, IDM, house, techno, and electro. Co-founder of labels Ongaku Musik, Klang Elektronik, and Playhouse, he has released numerous albums and EPs under various aliases, including Soylent Green, Eight Miles High, Ro 70, Roman IV, and his real name. His sets showcase a blend of techno, house, Italo-disco, and acid house spanning over two decades.
