American artist Snax, now based in Berlin, Germany, is a versatile musician with roots spanning punk, funk, disco, and more. Known for his work as a singer, songwriter, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist, he has made significant contributions to the music scene through various projects, including founding gay art band Fagbash and being part of disco-pop group Captain Comatose. Snax's musical style is characterized by his ability to seamlessly blend electronic elements with acoustic influences, as demonstrated in releases such as From The Rocking Chair To The Stage (2004) and Love Pollution (2006). His more recent work showcases a focus on House music, as evidenced by his DJ sets and mixes like Skin Is In (2026) and GUT (2024), which feature a blend of vocals, sleaze, and dark room vibes. Snax's discography includes several releases under his own label, Random Records, such as Hat, Hair, Lipstick (2020), Shady Lights (2018), and Up And Coming Children (2014). These albums reflect his diverse musical influences and innovative approach to genre blending.
