Martin Stimming, a German record producer from Hamburg, is known for his unique and sophisticated sound in house music. His second album, Liquorice, explores progressive territories while maintaining a distinct texture, emotion, and discovery. Stimming's productions are characterized by his own charismatic field recordings, with each sample used only once. In 2025, he released Friedrich, an electronic album on his own label, Stimming Recordings. His recent releases showcase a blend of downtempo, deep house, and various electronic styles.
