TechnoBrass

TechnoBrass, hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, blends the energy of electronic music with a live ensemble of brass and percussion instruments. Their unique sound is an organic fusion of techno beats and the melodious, atmospheric harmonies of traditional Brazilian fanfarras, accompanied by frenetic percussions that lead to electrifying drops. Formed in 2017 by seven musicians from the city's jazz and carnival scenes, TechnoBrass brings together the tropical rhythms of Rio's fanfarra tradition with the pulsating beats of electronic music. Their debut single, "Dark Brejo," was released in October 2017, with more tracks expected to follow in 2018.
