Blawan, a British DJ and producer born in 1987, has spent the last decade honing his unique take on techno. With roots as a drummer, his productions showcase a natural rhythmic flair. His discography spans various labels such as Hessle Audio, R&S, Clone's Basement Series, and TERNESC, which he established in 2015. Known for experimentation under aliases like Kilner and Bored Young Adults, his latest offering, "Wet Will Always Dry," dropped in 2018, showcasing ambitious, nuanced techno. Recent releases include "SickElixir" (2025) on XL Recordings, a fusion of IDM, breaks, drum n bass, halftime, and electro styles.
