Gebrochene Beine

Gebrochene Beine, a label and publishing organ based in Hannover, Germany, challenges traditional genre boundaries. Founded by Tom Smith in 2008, the project issues micro-releases, with the latest being Protestation (2012) and The Leaked Transcendental (2011). Their music is a fragmented, jazz-like club sound, akin to a disco ball shattered and its pieces scattered.
