Valeska, a Leipzig-based artist, is recognized for her sets that seamlessly transition between intricate rhythmic structures and unconventional sounds. Her performances are characterized by energetic stabs, kicks, and an unsettling atmosphere. Valeska's discography includes releases on Prepaid Records and various radio shows. Notable among them is the collaborative set with Sara Persico on Radio Alhara, which showcases a fusion of noise, experimental bass, deconstructed breakbeats, and other avant-garde elements. She is associated with Leipzig’s Pracht crew, co-founder of the event series rewind, the tape label Shell Tapes, and the DJ collective L1CK, all of which explore contemporary club music trends.
