Jukebox Utopia

Jukebox Utopia, active in the European scene since the late 1990s, blends experimental soundscapes with electronic sampling, field recordings, and elements of dub, breakbeats, and uptempo reggae. Their work, primarily showcased through radio series and DJ sets, often explores pop discourses and ventures into various forms of knowledge production in music. Their monthly transmissions can be heard on Radio Orange Vienna and FSK, Hamburg. Some of their radio projects have shifted focus to more political content, such as investigating NS-Euthanasia in Germany and Austria.
