Barbara Preisinger

Barbara Preisinger, a German DJ, has been a significant figure in the Berlin club scene since her move from Munich in the late 90s. Known for her versatile taste in music, she has evolved from playing experimental music to focusing on house and techno. Preisinger co-founded the label scape in 1999, representing various acts from the electronic music scene. In 2009, she established her own label, Slices Of Life, focusing on organic club music. Her musical preferences as a DJ encompass a mix of kicking house and deep techno, while remaining open to interesting and danceable tunes. Since 2009, Preisinger has been hosting the event series DEEP IN THE BOX, with parties at various Berlin clubs, including Tresor. Her sets showcase a blend of deep house and minimal techno, reflecting her passion for the dancefloor.
