Barbicop, under the alias Maddie Sandri, crafts a unique blend of Electro Pop characterized by catchy dreamy hyperpop, awkward drumbeats, over-saturated sounds, and autotune. Originating from Berlin's musky punk scene, her music is infused with a poppy and electronic twist that reflects the culturally vibrant surroundings she hails from. Themes of adulthood, emotional connection, and internet absurdity are woven into sweet yet wacky melodies in her releases such as "SILICONE" (2025), "VIDE" (2025), and "VIDE (avec ++ de honte)" (2025).
