Duos Duet

Duos Duet, a violin-cello duo, was established in 2017 by Niki Yaghmaee and Golsana Shenasaei, both Iranians based in Berlin. Originally grounded in classical and contemporary ensemble music, they ventured into a more personal and experimental musical journey. Their performances began on the streets of Tehran, expanding to cities such as Tbilisi, Istanbul, Izmir, and Berlin. Duos Duet's music blends cinematic atmospheres, classical world-crossover, and experimental sound design, with a focus on looping and live electronics to create immersive, dark, and emotionally resonant soundscapes that reflect their classical training and Iranian heritage.
