Fil Noir, active since 1993, is a DJ, producer, and promoter from the SF Bay Area. Known for a genre-bending deep techno and house sound, Fil Latorre has played at events across North America and South America. Co-founder of Dirty Crew and Staple, Fil's sets draw from a diverse range of musical influences. Since 2000, he has been a regular at San Francisco's Housepitality and Common Ground.
