
Goth Trad
GOTH-TRAD is a Japanese musician and producer known for his diverse musical style that encompasses dubstep, experimental sounds, industrial elements, and abstract electronica. His career began in 1998, with two solo albums showcasing a blend of noise, industrial elements, and hip-hop. In 2005, he shifted focus to more danceable music, including dubstep, which led to international recognition. GOTH-TRAD launched the Back To Chill party series in Tokyo around the same time, leading to international releases on labels such as Deep Medi Musik. He formed Rebel Familia with Takeshi Akimoto and released several EPs and an album on various labels. In 2014, he established his own label, Back To Chill, and began exploring more experimental sounds. In recent years, he has returned to releasing dubstep music, while also collaborating with the band Eartaker. His latest releases include "Survival Research" (2021), a fusion of electronic genres such as Dubstep, Halftime, and Jungle.
