Infest, the alias of Robbert Peperkamp, is a Dutch producer and DJ known for his deep jungle, ambient, and textured breaks. His music spans across various genres including drum & bass, drumfunk, downtempo, and electronica. Since 2004, he has released several notable tracks such as "The Night Service Commute - In Traffic (Infest Remix)" and "Time Will Tell." He also hosts the Memory Transmission Show on Piranet Radio. Robbert's music is deeply emotional, influenced by a diverse range of artists like Boards of Canada, God Speed You Black Emperor, Radiohead, Photek, Source Direct, and Paradox. His productions combine rich cinematic elements with an emphasis on detail, creating an immersive audio-visual journey. Currently, Robbert runs the label Next Phase Records, which focuses on releasing a diverse mix of breakbeat-driven music.
