Bilbao

It seems like you're describing a group of musicians from Hamburg, Germany, who have gained attention for their upbeat and groovy indie-rock music. Although Hamburg isn't particularly known for surfer boys, these four musicians have managed to create a sound that evokes the laid-back vibe of the US west coast. Their music is fun, happy, and thought-provoking, making listeners feel as if they are living the California lifestyle.
