Kalipo

Kalipo is a prolific Berlin-based producer known for his stylistically diverse electronic music that seamlessly blends elements of club culture, indie aesthetics, Krautrock, Electroclash, House, and Techno from various decades. His solo work showcases a versatile sound that ranges from raw and emotive Dark Disco to Wave, Techno, and House, often described as Disco Punk or Neo Punk. With five albums and numerous singles and remixes on esteemed labels like Iptamenos Discos, Ki Records, Get Physical, Audiolith Records, and Heimlich, Kalipo has established a significant presence in the electronic music scene. His releases have garnered praise from notable outlets such as Resident Advisor, TAZ, Spiegel Online, Rolling Stone, Musikexpress, DJ Mag, Mixmag, Groove, Tsugi, ELLE, and Penthouse.
