Max Cooper

Max Cooper is an electronic composer and multi-disciplinary artist, known for his unique blend of music and visual art. With a PhD in computational biology, he has performed at the ancient Acropolis theatre in Athens and produced in Dolby Atmos. Over 15 years, Cooper has explored the intersections between arts and sciences through collaborations, installations, performances, and his label Mesh. His emotive approach connects ideas and forms, making art accessible to all. As a former resident DJ at Firefly, he formed a relationship with Architecture Social Club, collaborating on immersive installations. Cooper aims to encourage the acceptance of electronic music as an art form, bringing it into concert halls, museums, and galleries. His recent releases include "8 Billion Realities" and "On Being Remixes," showcasing his versatility in genres such as IDM, breaks, techno, ambient, experimental, abstract, drum n bass, and more.
