Siory, a project founded by Ole Winnicka in 2019, blends elements of punk, ambient, electronica, and street-inspired poetry with Winnicka's emotional prose and accordion, creating a unique sound that lies on the outskirts of rap. The group expanded in 2021 with the addition of choreographers and dancers Krystyna.Lama, Sylwia Marciniuk, and Wiktoria Sobota. Their music addresses social issues, often creating powerful, critical, and reactive narratives from a feminist or humanist perspective, as defined by their leader. Symbolically, Siory represents not just the voice of women, but the universal need for creating a new social construct—one free from sexism and chauvinism, in the spirit of radical empathy. Siory embodies diversity and encourages the acceptance of various states and modes. They remind us of the importance of the body and often express difficult emotions through their work with it. Their debut album, "Serce," was released by Dym Recordings, and they are currently working on their next album, "Magnum."
