ROOTS IVORIES

Roots Ivories, a collaboration between Montpellier residents Stepper’One and Mathis, showcases a diverse range of skills in music production and technical expertise. Drawing inspiration from the 90s, their sound encompasses an eclectic mix of international reggae, spanning from Africa to the Caribbean and South America. Stepper’One, as a dubmaker and selector, creates the foundation for their collaborative efforts. Mathis, with his passion for machines and music technology, brings a unique touch as an operator and MC, focusing on Africa and Jamaica in his mixes, complementing Stepper’One's selections.
