Rubi

Rubi aka Rubimusik is a Berlin-based DJ known for his blend of hypnotic techno, peak-time intensity, dark grooves, and emotional storytelling. His sets under the name "Rubi" are energetic and driving, while "Rubimusik" explores a deeper, rawer sound inspired by Berlin's industrial underground culture. As a cultural organizer, Rubi is recognized for his work in developing a large-scale queer rave movement in Gorlitzer Park, Kreuzberg. His events focus on inclusivity, raw Berlin aesthetics, and emotionally charged dancefloor experiences that connect international queer communities through techno. Rubi's DJ sets and mixes showcase a journey through melodic techno and house vibes, with hypnotic grooves, warm synths, and uplifting energy. His performances have been featured at renowned events such as Darklands Festival, Folsom Europe, Fusion Festival, and Limax.
