Sven von Thulen, known as s:vt, is a Berlin-based artist with a deep roots in club culture. Since the early 2000s, he has been a regular at various clubs in the city, including Berghain/Panorama Bar. His discography includes releases on labels like Work Them Records, Bpitch Control, and Dred Records, and he has remixed A-list DJs/producers such as DJ Hell and Ellen Allien. In 2012, he co-wrote an oral history of Berlin's techno scene titled Der Klang der Familie - Berlin, Techno and the Fall of the Wall, which was turned into a TV documentary in 2014. His debut album Emanating was released in August 2020, with new music and film projects planned for late 2020 and 2021.
