Tamer Nafar, a multifaceted artist, is renowned as the pioneer of Arabic hip-hop. Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English, he has emerged as a prominent Palestinian voice in Israel, using his art to convey the experiences of Palestinians in the region. His debut English album, "In the Name of the Father, the Imam & John Lennon," celebrates its release during this tour. The album is a powerful fusion of hip-hop, drill, and funk, featuring collaborations with artists such as MC Abdul, Noel Kharman, Sammy Shiblaq, and Rasha Nahas. Tamer hails from Lyd, a mixed Palestinian-Jewish city near Tel Aviv, known for one of the largest drug markets in the Middle East.
