These New Puritans, spearheaded by brothers George (drums, electronics) and Jack Barnett (all other instruments), have consistently sought to transcend conventional genre boundaries since their inception. Their music seamlessly blends post-punk and classical elements with experimental sounds, creating a unique sonic landscape that spans across five albums released over nearly two decades. Notable collaborators on their latest album, 'Crooked Wing,' include Caroline Polachek of Chairlift and jazz bassist Cris Laurence.
