Thomash, a founding member of Voodoohop, blends South American elements with contemporary electronica to create a unique sound that encompasses slow melodic techno, krautrock, synthesizer layers, psychedelia, dub, and ritualistic tropical rhythms. Born in Germany but living in Brazil for ten years, his music reflects the exotic multicultural Latin roots combined with the precision and minimalism of German electronic music. His recent releases include "Gaswerksiedlung" (2019) under Chillmountain Rec and "Candomble" (2014) under Multi Culti, both falling under the Electronic genre.
