Tijn Driessen

Tijn Driessen, known as Moodfamily, is a versatile musician with roots in improvised music who has transitioned into electronic dance music since 2013. His sound evolves continuously, and he has released tracks on various labels such as Moodfamily (Ghent), Ritual Recordings (Paris), Minds Alike (Miami), and WZW Records. Known for his improvisational approach, Tijn's live performances are characterized by tweaking drum computers, rearranging songs, or downgrading them to a single loop, creating an atmosphere of exploration and spontaneity. Behind the decks, he aims to feel free and adapt to the moment, often incorporating vocals and unexpected elements into his sets.
