Trovarsi is a Los Angeles-based music composer, producer, and live electronic artist. Known for their work that transcends genres and cultures, they have released music on various esteemed electronic music labels over the past decade. Their sound embraces Afrofuturistic electronic expression while maintaining a connection to traditional roots through a hybrid blend of modular and analogue synthesizers, drum machines, and Ableton. As co-founder of the Southern California Synth Society, Trovarsi educates and fosters interest in electronic music through community events, synthesizer workshops, and DIY builds. They also founded Frequency Shift, an international streaming festival featuring female and gender-expansive electronic artists, as well as producing Faders Up, a monthly online interview/performance show highlighting unique artists in electronic music. Additionally, Trovarsi curates Transduction Signal on FNOOB Techno Radio, featuring global artists and up-and-coming electronic musicians. Their Soundcloud releases include the Modular Test Series, which features improvised live modular techno sets, showcasing their innovative approach to the genre. Whether performing in underground LA venues or on global streaming platforms, Trovarsi continues to push the boundaries of electronic music.
