Truncate, under the alias of David Flores, emerged in 2011 with a focus on deep and raw techno and house. His self-titled label, established in 2010, has been a platform for his releases. Throughout his career, he has gained critical acclaim from renowned underground artists such as Modeselektor, Ben Klock, and Chris Liebing. His discography includes collaborations with Jimmy Edgar and Ben Sims, among others. Truncate's international tour schedule has seen him perform at prestigious venues like Berghain in Berlin, Fabric in London, and The Movement Festival in Detroit, to name a few. With an ongoing heavy remix, production, and touring schedule, Truncate continues to shape the Los Angeles underground scene.
