Leipzig-based artist and DJ Valeska is recognized for her sets and mixes that feature a passion for evolving rhythmic structures, unconventional sounds, forceful stabs and kicks, and unsettling atmospheres. On stage, her performances transition swiftly from soft embraces to heavy hits. Her musical explorations are also documented on tapes for Leipzig's Prepaid Records label and various radio shows. She is a member of Leipzig’s Pracht crew, co-founder of the event series rewind, the tape label Shell Tapes, and the DJ collective L1CK, which focuses on modern trends in club music.
