Zerya

Zerya, a globetrotting DJ, curates a lively selection of disco and house, creating a fun and positive energy. Born in Stockholm to Kurdish parents, Zerya's musical style spans the wide spectrum of these genres. A former TV and radio journalist, she spent a summer in Ibiza interviewing artists for Amnesia and hosted her own show on NTS Radio in London. Her vibrant sets have landed her behind the booth with notable acts such as Horse Meat Disco, Dimitri From Paris, Crazy P, Colleen Cosmo Murphy, Antal, Inner City, and more. Zerya's festival appearances include Glastonbury, El Dorado, Secret Garden Party, Kala, Meadows In The Mountains, Wilde Mohre, Bahidora, One Life, and Mystic Creatures. She has also played at several international venues and parties including Pikes, Wilde Renate, KitKat, [sic], Sunday Sunday, Departamento, and Koko Electronic. Her Soundcloud releases include edits of tracks by Richard Jon Smith and Betty Wright.
