Festival App
ShallowBunny is a browser-based lineup and timetable web app for electronic music festivals.
It is designed for use on-site during events, works offline after first load, and does not require installation, accounts, ads, or tracking.
Data & workflow
Organizers provide lineup data (spreadsheet or JSON) with artist name(s), stage, and set time. Artist links and the timetable layout are automatically generated and rendered as a mobile-friendly schedule. No additional data is required—the system uses AI to fetch extra information, such as Discogs links, and generate artist bios automatically—but we recommend including SoundCloud URLs to ensure accuracy.
During the event, lineup updates can be published without requiring any action from attendees.
Mobile attendee features
- Save to home screen (PWA-style)
- Offline-accessible schedule
- Stage- and time-based views
- Save artists and sets with a single tap (🤍)
- Artist profiles with curated links to SoundCloud, Discogs, Bandcamp, Spotify, Resident Advisor, and Linktree.
Before the event
Preview lineup pages can be published in advance of the full timetable, allowing the artist roster to be shared early.
These pages can be created before stage assignments and set times are finalized, and your event will be listed on the front page of ShallowBunny.
After the event
For each stage, ShallowBunny creates a SoundCloud playlist using released tracks by the artists who played there.
These playlists remain accessible after the event and provide an archive of the festival’s music.
