ALINKA

Alinka specializes in house and deep house, blending elements from Chicago, Detroit, and European influences. With a career spanning over two decades, Alinka has been active in the underground scene since the late 90s. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, she immigrated to Chicago as a Jewish refugee in the late 80s, where she was exposed to Western pop music and house music. Her passion for music led her to become a resident DJ at Smartbar, honing her skills for over a decade. Collaborations with artists like Shaun J. Wright have resulted in a prolific discography on labels such as The Classic Music Company, Jackathon Jams, Crosstown Rebels, and her own Twirl and Fantasy Life imprints.
