Ahmed Eid & ILYF

Ahmed Eid, a masterful multi-instrumentalist, producer, and singer-songwriter, blends cultural musical traditions with social struggles. His commitment to nurturing emerging talents is evident in his initiation of the "Palestine Music Space" in Ramallah. ILYF, a Berlin-based band, comprises two Bukahara co-founders: violinist Daniel Avi Schneider and bassist Ahmed Eid, along with drummer Kuba aka Badkuzu and keyboard player Allysa Grace Martinez. Their concerts offer an eclectic mix of music, leaning into psychedelic groove, traditionally infused Arabic songs, improvised adventures, organic funky jams, cuddly breakdowns, and sounds sourced from the depths of the Berlin rave scene.
