Berlin-based DJ and producer, Anil Chawla, known as Amotik, is renowned for his versatile techno sets that emphasize atmospheric storytelling through tension and release. Since moving to Berlin in 2014, he has built a reputation as a dynamic figure both in the DJ booth and the studio. Amotik's artistic scope expanded with the launch of AMTK+, a sub-label providing a platform for like-minded artists. He also collaborated with Answer Code Request on a bass-heavy record for Delsin, showcasing his UK and breaks roots. His recent performances include select house sets at Panorama Bar in Berlin, Merge in New York, and Radion in Amsterdam. Amotik's discography includes releases on labels like 47, BPitch, Figure, and Reclaim Your City, with critically acclaimed albums such as Vistar and Patanjali further cementing his reputation as a visionary producer. His self-titled imprint, AMOTIK, celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025, marking a testament to perseverance and dedication in the ever-evolving techno scene.
