Bandulera (Gianna Panini), born in Sardinia in 1992 and currently residing in Hamburg, is a prominent figure within the city's subcultural bass scene as a resident DJ and promoter. Known for her fearless and elaborate combination of various genres such as Dubstep, Grime, D'n'B, Footwork, UK Garage, Trap, favela funk, tropical, and kuduro, Bandulera challenges the apparent boundaries within the new bass school. Her sets are characterized by an accurate and lustful fusion of these styles, making it seem absurd that they are typically separated.
