Bläck Dävil

BLÄCK DÄVIL is a unique and unconventional artist from Berlin, known for creating music from unlikely sources. Since discovering his love for rumbling basslines and fast beats at the Loveparade in 1998, he has been scouring Berlin's record stores for samples to dismantle and reassemble into a chaotic yet danceable eclectic mix of various genres: Schlager, Hip Hop, Gabber, Hard Tek, Metal, Punk, Rap. This amalgamation is colorful, eccentric, unheard-of, bold, and reminiscent of a single grand party. BLÄCK DÄVIL has also been part of the Ick mach Welle! project since 2018, showcasing his distinctive energy on stage behind a drum machine, synthesizer, or microphone. Live performances by BLÄCK DÄVIL are known for their unique charm that brings laughter and dancing to the dancefloor. Recent releases include the Schnäll Schnäll EP (2023), showcasing his versatility in electronic music styles such as Techno, Electro, Acid, and Gabber. Collaborations with artists like MFX and DJ Normal 4 have further solidified BLÄCK DÄVIL's position in the experimental music scene.
